Terms of Use for FengShui Hero

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using FengShui Hero, operated by BB CREATIVE HOUSE MEDYA LIMITED ŞİRKETİ, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the Application

FengShui Hero provides Feng Shui analyses and recommendations that operate entirely on your device using local processing. All your personal data, images, and analysis results remain private and are stored locally on your device. You agree to use the app only for personal, lawful purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Use the app in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
  • Understand that deleting the app will permanently remove all your personal data with no recovery option
  • Manage your own data backup if desired, as we do not provide cloud storage or backup services for personal content
  • Respect that marketing communications are designed to enhance your experience with relevant Feng Shui content

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within FengShui Hero, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by BB CREATIVE HOUSE MEDYA LIMITED ŞİRKETİ. Your personal data, images, and analysis results remain your property and are stored exclusively on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The app offers weekly and annual subscriptions via Apple's In-App Purchase system, auto-renewing unless canceled 24 hours before renewal. Subscription management is handled through RevenueCat.

Purchase Restoration: If you delete and reinstall the app, you can securely and quickly restore your previous purchases. Your subscription status will be restored, but your personal data and analysis history will not be recoverable.

No refunds are provided for subscription fees, but subscriptions can be canceled anytime through the App Store settings.

6. Data Collection and Marketing Communications

6.1 Personal Data

Anonymous Authentication: The app uses anonymous sign-in, meaning no personal identification is required or collected.

Local Data Storage: All your personal data, including images, analysis results, and app settings, are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers.

6.2 Marketing and Analytics

To provide you with a better experience, we collect anonymous usage analytics and marketing data:

  • Device identifiers for personalized notifications
  • App interaction patterns to improve features
  • Purchase events to provide relevant content

This data is not linked to your personal identity and is used solely to enhance your app experience and deliver relevant Feng Shui tips and updates.

6.3 Communication Preferences

By using the app, you consent to receive push notifications with Feng Shui tips, app updates, and relevant offers. You can disable these notifications in your device settings at any time.

7. Data Loss and Recovery

Personal Data Loss: If you delete the app, all your personal data will be permanently lost with no possibility of recovery. We recommend backing up important information before deleting the app.

Purchase Recovery: Your subscription purchases can be restored when reinstalling the app, ensuring you don't lose access to premium features you've paid for.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Feng Shui recommendations are provided for informational and educational purposes only, based on traditional principles. We make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes. Use recommendations at your own discretion and risk. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from app deletion, device issues, or user actions.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app or its features. Marketing communications and app updates may be suspended temporarily for maintenance or improvements.

10. Modification and Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms and the app's features. Continued use after modifications implies acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated through app updates or push notifications.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Turkish laws, under Istanbul jurisdiction.
